"born under a baaaa-d sign..."

I got a boatload of info on BLUE from Bob Johnson, or Tony Spletstoser, of the 135th AHC several years ago.. there's gotta be something on the web about it.. lemme check.

I know I saw something being sprayed one day (at a minimum) while standing just outside the Avionics hootch.

A C-130 or something similar ('Boo, Provider?- dunno now) was coming from SE of Holloway, south of QL 19, flying low and trailing a cloud, flying to the NW. There was a Spad near each wingtip. I know the cloud was not from the engines or condensation from airflow. It trailed the open ramp, was dense and grayish-blue. Moments later, I couldldn't help but taste it.... slightly bitter-sweet and oily. Immediately washed my mouth out with something good like water buffalo-piss.

also, sitting on a bunker many rainy nights, the sandbags were slimy, as was I. Not just red mud or LSA.

I saw DDT sprayed frequently in the housing area on Okinawa between '56 and '59. Like bozos, "we" used to chase the truck and run thru the spray.
this stuff in '70 was not the same stuff.

Last I remember reading, (if not disinformation)no defoliants were used in-country after about September of '70.

when I was interviewed in this past February at the VA about it, I filed out a questionnaire which distinctly asked me if I had served at Camp Holloway.

labwork is being scheduled.

more bad sh*t.
