I just received a copy of my fathers DD-214. I may have the years wrong in my original post. It may have been 68,69,70,& 71. How in the world can I determine if he was a crew chief or not? The only thing it states on these is that he was attached to: 14th Co, 1st Bn, USAAVNS Bde, 3d USA. Anyone familiar with this? I plan on attempting to get his service record next, maybe it will give me more info. It list his MOS as 67N40 UH-1 Hel Rpmn. Rank at this time is SSG. Oh yeah, BT, I attempted to reduce that to no avail. I will email you the pic ASAP and maybe you can work your magic and make it work. Thanks Guys
