with the humidity as high as it has been here, the heat index is about 115. and it's touc\gh to even breathe... the "small particulates" index in the pollution reports is like following a D8 Cat on a dusty Texas trail.

I can stand Texas heat-

I remember 17 days in a row in El Paso OVER a hundred...and DFW was worse than that...
and MUCH more humid than out West-

but man- at this high humidity, and a hundred in the shade on my front porch at 0800, I'm one hurtin' pup.

gimme hot and DRY... I love it.

I gotta get retired and get out your way...or 'WAY up into Montana or somethin' similar...
