Don't forget, unless you got a reason to go close to NYC, swing wide. Tappan Zee bridge or further north to Newburgh.

They will try to sucker you to the George Washington Bridge and the Cross Bronx "Expressway." It's a trap. Take the Garden State Parkway up to I-287 and cross the Tappan Zee Bridge.

See how traffic is, Lumpy. Heavy, after you cross the bridge take I-684 North up to I-84 East. Light, stay on I-287 a mile or two past the I-684 exit and take Route 15 North into CT. It will say "15" and either Merritt Parkway or Wilbur Cross Parkway. Same road, a nice road, and a little quicker to my place.
