Who wants to be labeled "retired"? Think of it as they are paying you to stay away from where you worked for so long. So, you have just adjusted to work more to your liking while they send the check along. Retired sounds like someone who lies prone watching TV or with a bunch of daisies growing over them. Sure you're not ready for any of this.

Sorry to hear about your dad. Modern medicine makes things heal better even for those of us a bit older. Nice to have a son who can pick up the slack.

As to not making the reunion. Good on ya..I wanted to meet Lorraine and ride bikes with all of you. Dave has said so many nice things about Lorraine. Hope he really misses you both at the reunion since he was not inclined to ask me go along with him. Bob T won't be there, either...so none of the swamp chicken!

Do you think Mark, Bob K, and all the others will end of making new outdoor dishes?? Bug em to give us lots of pictures. Looks like a great tu5rn out planned and hope they have a great time with weather we from warmer climates would enjoy.
