Executing a proper reunion warm-up, Caroline.

Made a run north yesterday and dropped some equipment, set stuff up, and saw Mark, Gail, and Steve Given, others. Great day, Mark has the GP Medium set up and ready to go, was working on the flagpole. Things are under control.

We have begun to eat and drink too much.

Today, Huey, Lumpy, Shakey, and I went for a cruise down the Connecticut River from East Haddam to Long Island Sound with Capt Al Mixer aboard Al's 26 ft. Sisu trawler. Perfect day. We are all planning on CAing into Northfield early Thursday.

Huey met up with a pair of side-zip Corcoran jump boots in a surplus store, also today, and left the store a happy guy with the high-top clodhoppers under his arm.

Weather may be sour late tomorrow and Thursday, but weekend forecast is sparkling.
