Lynn-

It would be wonderful if you could come.

I had the distinct honor and privilege of reading 62 names in 2002, and the experience remains one of the most moving and memorable of my life. I had the name of my best friend, and one of fellow Marines. This all led to major and permanent friendships.

The Wall is an exceptional experience. I have the good fortune of being only a half hour or so from it, traffic being on my side, and I go often.
Despite the sadness and solemnity of the place and events there, it is an amazingly healing, uplifting event every time I go.

Looks like our Most Vaunted Capable, Talented and
Most Exalted Poobah Dockabubba MAY be taking "point" in this initiative, and we will definitely "leave no one behind."

..and the occasion to "again hug our Brothers", living and departed, is priceless.

Admin details and event info to follow ASAP, I'm sure. I'll find my emails to and from VVMF for distribution.

In Honor of Gator 297 and All,
Lump
