Texas still has a law on the books that says you can use deadly force after dark if someone is stealing your property. Texas also has a few liberal D.A.s that think the constitution does not apply to them and try to prosecute or take your guns. They don't win in in court but it costs money to defend against the a**holes. They are a dwindling bunch and except for that queer haven called Austin, their days are numbered until the next election. Anyway, yes Texans carry guns. and know how to use them. That is why the violent crime rate has dropped more than 30 percent since the carry law was enacted. The wolves are learning there are sheep dogs with fangs out here. God Bless Texas!
