It shows how much the leaders of the welfare program think of the USA. They want our taxes, but think socialism is the best way to go. That is, until we're all on welfare, and the damned state collapses and slavery begins. Maybe if you bought a flag and took it them then we'd see if it is "funding" or just plain anti American. I think I'd also send a message to the governor of the damned state and ask them to look into it.
