You can see the "E" model in the photos that accompany this article. Notice the rescue hoist mounted on the roof above the pilot. It was a neat trick to swing the hoist out, lower the cable to the ground, retract the cable, stow the hoist and do all this at a hover. Multi tasking that in my opinion was way too much for one man to do without confusion. If I remember correctly the hoist could also be operated from the rear. Anyway, All I did was test the damned thing. I never flew it operationally.
