I remember when I was 10yrs old I was walking about a block from my house carrying my single shot 16Ga shotgun when a police car drove up to me. The policeman rolled down his window (manually) and asked me what I was doing. I told him I was going down to the creek behind the school to hunt pheasants. He said something like " Ok keep it safe" and went on his way crusing the town of Santa Clara Californina in the heart of what is now Silicon Valley. I was hunting ring neck pheasants about 50 yards from where the first Intel plant eventually went up.
