My 201 file documented hearing loss in the right ear. When I went for my test several years ago they approved 1 ear. Several years later I was re tested and the left ear met the VA threshold and I now have approval for both ears and VA provided hearing aids + free batteries. No $ comp but now I can hear things I do not want to hear.

If you push they will approve it as long as you meet the threshold. Almost all Rotary Wing Vietnam Vets have ringing and hearing loss caused by their MOS.
