Several of you may recall Bob Taylor posting about the National Vietnam War Museum in Mineral Wells Texas. This is a work in progress and to date they have put in place the "Camp Holloway Memorial Wall" and a 3/4 scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Both are complete with names of the KIA's from the Vietnam War. Also in place is the Meditation Garden which contains Bricks and Stones. The Bricks and Stones honor individuals or in some cases Units that served during the Vietnam Conflict.

The Museum itself is a ways off from ground breaking due to the necessary funds but know this it will happen and it will honor all branches of the military that served in Vietnam.

My proposal is for members of the 119th AHC to donate a Stone in the amount of $250.00. It will be placed in the Meditation Garden and a simple inscription noting the 119th AHC. My self and several other people are in on this. All we need to know is how many of you want to contribute. The $250.00 cost will be divided by the number of people to determine each persons assessment.

I will keep a list going for lets say 30 days so that everyone has a chance sign up. At the end of 30 days I will post the amount each person will be assessed and send a check off to the Memorial. You can send me a check for whatever the final amount is.
