Back in the 1980's I worked for the old Singer CO.The company used to send a crew out to San Diego to install training devices for the Navy. A couple of times we visited the beautiful memorial cross atop Mt. Soledat, which overlooks the Pacific-spectacular!. There was a lawsuit filed to have the cross remmoved. Last I heard a group was trying to buy the property. I haven't heard how that fight turned out. Gene.
