Noo York City is 30/60. Everyone not from upstate would not beleive it, but New York State ("Upstate") is 60/30. Somehow, they elected Hillary. Nice people, just not too smart. Sheesh.

Vermont is 60/30. Burlington, VT where Dean came from is 30/60. I don't think you even need a permit to carry in VT, still.
