I lost a good and dear friend Wednesday, Brian Dismore, Korean War Veteran, died in his sleep. He was in on the Inchon landing and make the whole Chosin Reservoir campaign. He earned two Silver Stars, a Bronze Star and three Purple Hearts. As the WW2 and Korean War veterans slowly fade away I realize that in a few years it will be us in the obits and I can only hope that we have made enough of an impression on our children and friends that they remember us with the same reverence that Brian recveived at his funeral. Let's pass on the lessons we learned the hard way to our cirle of friends and family so the sacrifices we all made will never be forgotten. Mark, thanks for doing so much to help us honor our comrades.
