No, if you go to your search feature, enter Home Built Helicopter Kits, go to second page, scroll down, there a sight for Vortech, click, scroll down till you see Hot Specials, click and you will find already built FAA certified, avionic, etc.
For $50,000., I could buy 2 of them!The highest one was $28,995.
