We have them close by to me year around here in CT.In summer months I see them all along the Ct. River. In the winter they hunt here in the town I live in -near a dam-water stays ice free-and fish are plentiful. They have a very popular observation site set up for watching them with out disturbing . i love to see them -never fails to amaze me. Mix
