There is a new button under the "119th Store" button that will open up a chat room.

When the logon screen comes up you will need to click the "register" link and fill in your name, password and other information.

Once you have submitted your profile, you will be able to logon to the chat room. When people join they will show up in the list on the left of the screen. Play around with it, see what you can do.
