Ron,I hope you don't mind, I should have asked first. I used the section in your book to send to the VA,about the 21st, I also used the day reports from the 119th web site to substantiate be being shot down, as I have the telegram my parents received the 22nd, plus I had a lot of papers I forgot I had saved. They came in real handy. Just hope it all helps to document my claim. One never knows when dealing with the government.. Thanks Ron Carey.... Paul sr
