I've had a few MRI's and until you mentioned what the noice might sound like I never thought about it. Looking back I can see how it could sound just like that. I was very lucky that I was able to sleep during the 3 hours I was in there. (that was for one of the few times) If you have to have the test taken again, they have earphones you can wear, and they can sedate you. Hang in there and know we are all there for you.
