stated about a year ago. I had it under control and now it's back. I have been to fayetteville about 6 times talking to Dr Johnson in mental health. don't want to take meds unless very nessesary.. so far I have been able to talk my way out of these feelings. talking to other vets has helped me very much. still have the nightmares and flashbacks but able to control them for the most part.....
