Just an idea at this point, we were talking Branson or a similar resort-type area. Also the idea that many campgrounds have cabin accomodations and/or rental trailers in place on-site also, which would cover non-campers.

Other than that, we're a little early to get into details right now. Thursday or Friday through Sunday as core days seemed to work, though. We'll have to wait for some reaction from the others. I'm sure that whatever info you can get about facilities, cost, and availability will help move things along.
