We gotta keep on the VA, they have now given 80% and we can get him up to 100% Permanent and Total. That would mean that he wouldn't have to be evaluated every year. At 80% he has to jump through all of their hoops or they will reduce his percentage of disability. Once at 100% the hoops are basically nothing more than keeping in contact with the VA system. The first time that they would challenge the decision is at the 10 year mark, and the disability, once P&T, is established.
