I live in Clermont 27 miles west and north of Orlando. Central FL is a nice area to be if you don't like hurricanes. We get them but they have had 80 miles of land to work on before they get to us. I recommend that you stay away from large cities development is getting out of hand. Look for areas that are zoned agricultural.
