We have closed another circle.

As of yesterday, Dec 10, 2006, one of our "God's Own Lunatics" 119th Assault Helicopter Co. coins has been returned to rest forever in that red clay at Pleiku in the Central Highlands.

Falcon 6, Mike Stark, of the 155th AHC, who some of you met at Northfield this year, yesterday buried one of our coins in the dirt at Pleiku Airport, the old AF Base. Holloway is no longer there, or at least there is no access to it.

He has a picture of the site, which I will post as soon as he returns and sends it to me.

A strangely satisfying way of turning the tables... sort of a 119th booby trap that I will think of every time I look at my coin, you know?
