I have an idea for the museum:

Every outfit will have the same problem to deal with as far as collecting and holding the money. Could the museum come up with an easy way to take those partial payment donations, assign them to benefit a specific unit memorial, track the amounts donated then pull the trigger when the goal is met? Credit cards? IRS income tax deductibility?

Just an idea... might generate substantially increased revenue for the museum if they could do that.
