Re: Warren Lively II ::f
In Response To: Re: Warren Lively II ::f ()

My apologies. Spec4 Warren Lively II was killed on July 11, 1970 aboard #66-16317. He was shot while inserting a LRRP team on an unsecure LZ 20km N of An Khe. He was assigned to the 119 AHC and working as a door gunner that day. According to a posting at vvmf.org by Dennis O. Wilson, who was the Aircraft Commander that day, Spec4 Lively was a replacement gunner on that mission. I would be very interested in speaking with Mr. Wilson if anyone knows how I can get in touch with him. I also found earlier messages on this message board about Spec4 Lively that indicates Dennis O Wilson was the pilot of the ship.

So, I am very interested in finding anyone who knew Spec4 Lively, and who can put me in touch with Mr. Dennis O wilson and any other people who were part of the mission, including identifying the LRRP team.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
