Well, I left work yesterday, got out onto University and looked down a couple of blocks to where the Welfare Office is.... and I'll be damned if I didn't see a brand new crisp American Flag swinging in the breeze !

I will still NEVER understand how anyone could have walked underneath that old tattered flag on there way into work everyday and not have been disgusted by it. I am glad to see it has finally been replaced.

Now, to find out why the one directly across the street has been flying at half mast for the last 6 months. Yes, another Newark City building.......
