Been hearing about the bike for a while, and met one of the guys at KC two years ago. The V-Rod motor was chosen because of it's power, previous testing, dependability, and the fact that it is liquid cooled.

I am wishing the best for them, the Dakar run is really hard on vehicles, the desert is strewn with broken down vehicle parts.
