AH IS HEA! Been to the hospital after returning from Mineral Wells, getting ready for elective surgery next Wednesday to correct a minor problem. All is well otherwise, I haven't been in this shape this well in several years. I am feeling better all the time. I have just been going and doing for the last few days.
