And one thing I was never called was "prick". I always made sure anyone that I was leading knew the difference between "prick" and "strong resolve". And I always remembered what it was like to be a private and made sure my men knew I sought and respected their opinion on core issues. But when the order was given, I carried it out. and made sure they did too.
