George, the following is what the seller answered when I asked if he had the name of the owner:

"Bob, I got this album at Meadowlands Flea Market (New Jersey) 2-3 months ago. Apparently this stuff came from somebody's house - in a cardboard box there were plenty of household photos, but only this album was out of Vietnam. In a description I posted a photo of 2 guys sitting on green bags - the guy on right was the owner of the album - tall dark-haired. He made home all right - there were some pics in the box of him from 1980-90s. Possible he passed away as all this very personal stuff ended on flea market. I think his name was Scottish or Irish (McSomething)... This is the best I can help you with - sorry."
