Well the fact is,the nut cases and the criminals will have their guns regardless of the law. And I will not give up mine and become defenseless and a subject begging for help. I will protect my rights and the Bill of Rights if a gun grab comes.As they say, "when seconds count, a cop is only moments away". If more citizens were armed, as we are in Texas, a lot of the nut case killings would have been stopped with far less loss of life. Crooks in Texas are learning to behave. What the citizens don't get, the needle will.
