National Vietnam War Museum

Flight,

Thanks for your support. At this time we have 27 119th people committed. The original goal to place a stone in the memory garden at the museum may change. It has come to my attention that Bob Taylor 119th Maintenance Officer 67-68 placed a brick several years ago with the 119th AHC engraved on it. We have an opportunity to build upon the foundation Bob was so thoughtful to make on his own. Option 2 is for the 119th to become a Founder of the museum at a cost of $1000.00. If the general consensus is to take this route each person would contribute $37.00. Founders are listed in each News Letter which is published 3 times a year and will also be on a plaque at the museum when it is completed. Founding members will be limited in #. When they break ground for the museum they will stop offering Founders Memberships. At this time there is only one Vietnam Helicopter Company on the Founders list. I suggest we make it two.

I will keep you advised. We should have a decision soon so let me know if you are OK with Option # 2. Please respond to: tfrankenfield@cfl.rr.com

All is well here in Florida, we are still retired and hope to stay that way as long as the current administration does not TAX us back to work or kill us OLD FARTS off with watered down Health Care. Enough of the soap box.
