The 57th AHC was a Unit reformed from s Korean Caribou Unit that got wiped out. The re-organization was started at Ft. Bragg as a Combat Assault Helicopter Unit and was the 57th Avengers. I came over with the group and was derosed into the 119th at Pleiku Air Force Base and the unit was sent to Kontum where they damn near got wiped out again.
The company was actually a relatively new unit compared to the 119th.
