A lot of wheat products. low to no sodium, only 6 to 8 oz's. of red meat periodically, turkey and chicken products grilled and baked and a lot of "Rabbit Food". Tha' good thing, the Dr. says it's OK to drink 6 to 8 oz's. of Booz. No Beer!!
Other than that, life is good. The Harley keeps rollin',and I get to listen to all the BS News on TV.
