What you want from the VA is the Agent Orange Registry Code Sheet form # 10-9009. This form is a request for environmental agent exam. Not sure what the test involves. I have had my paper work for about 8 or 9 months and have yet to fill it out. Now that we are on the subject I guess I will get to it before its too late.
