Dennis, My pilot, Mr Paul Penney and I were scheduled to fly the sniffer mission that Marty went on. We had flare duty the night before and they switched crews. We flew a lot of sniffer missions in the Plei Trap and VC valley. One above heavy mark was platform which usually meant company size or more. There were lots of them in the Plei Trap. Learned to do a lot of sheet metal work during 68-69. In 71-72 I flew with the 101st in the Au Shau. We had door mounted mini-guns! Wish we had had them in the 119th, we could really have racked up the body count. Ah, the good old days. Well, enough for now, good to see you chatting regularly. Later, clear left. Tom
