Carl, that was the "King Bees" in those ARVN H-34s. As for the cowboy thing you remember, there was one legendary pilot callsigned "Cowboy" who finally went down in Laos trying (in vain) to pull a SOG team. When I talk about my ARVN problems, I'm sure not talking about those dudes. They rolled 'em around in wheelbarrows. Huge.
