Well you won't get any complaints from me about your observation. Deacon would fly so close over me when I was in a hole that I would be fighting his rotor wash, and his CE enjoyed raining brass down through my rotor system. Scared the $%%# out of me the first time that it happened, but then you looked at incidents like that as brotherly love, trying to get your mind off of the pile of stuff you were up to your A$$ in, and it felt good knowing that they were there.

Remember, I am the first to get really chewed up by Charlie, because the only thing that he could see was us, and our ship kept the cobras from shooting at charlie (he never saw Sir Charles) and they were wondering what all of the little flashes were that were causing me to cuss. Deacon cussed them after they launched from Dak To, they found out that I had been hit and I was going to try to get back to get the team. Deacon said that he wanted to introduce them to the war from his Charlie model, but he couldn't get up that high. There were a few others too, all gave them a piece of our minds, they were not appreciated on that day and time.
