Carl, guess I should have read this before I sent you the e-mail. I know what you went through as most of us are degraded and humiliated each and every time we apply for any benefits. Like you I am sick and tired of the poor treatment we are getting and the budget cutbacks that take away the very people that are supposed to help us.
