For those of you that have not heard the SNIPPER hit again. This time in my AO Montgomery Co. MD an area called Aspen Hill. He has shot there before but missed. Today he killed a 35 year old bus driver at about 6:00 am.

Things are getting a little tense around here. This guy is real good at what he is doing. That is not a compliment just a statement. Almost anyone can become a good shot but this guy is also good at evading the police afterwords. Sounds like he is trained well not just the normal nut case.
