Seeing you are a member of the police would find out something. These people have the right to assemble and protest. The minute they start to march isn't that a parade? I don't know about everywhere but don't most cities reguire a parade permit. A fee is charged to help off set the cost to provide traffic control and etc.

How many protests would be held if there was a $50 thousand parade permit. They have the right to assemble and the right to protest. They do not have the right to cause problems, disrupt traffic or cause problems that effect other people. They talk about their rights but what about mine? I am anti-war. I think most people are. War is the total end to human sanity. The problem is that we are faced with the total human evil. This man has done enough things to make Jack the Ripper look like an altar boy. So in the end we chose war. Don't like it but I support our leaders. It's time to thin the herd and remove the evil people in this world.
