I do remember some stories about a place like that. Legend has it that for a price you could get your tensions releived and an article 15 for the follow up treatment. The 119th guys I remember always spent their spare time working at the orphanage, getting Hair Cuts, going to church, or working on their ships. I'm sure Willie will back me up on this.
