No we received the damned thing and it was in the old battle register BUT when the battle register was revised in the mid 1980s.
It is now DA Pam 672-3 dated 29 Jan 1988.
and in it the 119th has only the valerous unit award/ The 52nd BN HO det only has the PUC for Dakto. The 119th and the 170th lost aircraft and crews and the damned BN HQ got the award and NO ATTCHED units in the NEW DA Pam. I guess the powers that be decided to downgrade some of them or it is a hell of a screw up. I am to tired to care. The Damned HQ REMFS can do as they wish.
