Well, I can say that from a criminal law standpoint this is about the stupidest thing I've ever seen. This stuff goes on. We all know it. But knowing it and seeing pictures of it are two different things, and the American public is too used to the sanitation of the world's ugliness to be able to accept this. I had a petitioner once trying to expunge her record for a previous arrest. She was arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity because she took pictures of a "jumping in" for her gang. I was dying to ask her what the hell she was thinking. I can't help but feel the same about these soldiers. Reservists or not, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you just don't allow pictures! But then, the one guy is from West Virginia...
