I would like to see a lot more to campaign reform than just the money. No campaigning until 3 months before the election. No polls. No reporting of any voting results until the last polling place has closed, which I believ would be Hawaii. I think it would be fun to make those running for office, as well as everyone else, wait until the next day to find out who won. I would be most curious to see what impact it would have on voter turnout. There should be a cap on campaign funds, and each candidate should be required to provide matching funds from their own personal money. Wow! What would that do to all the crap we have to listen to and look at during an election year?
