You are always the first to post something on here when the 21st comes around each year. Thanks for always remembering. A silly thing to say I guess, I know you could never forget.

I tried a couple of times today to post something. Harder than usual this year. I start thinking about what Marty and the crew were doing the night before, the morning before, the hour before.... I was laying in bed last night thinking about what his last night was like. Too much thinking for my own good I guess, but I can't help but wonder. I know, it doesn't really matter, but somehow, to me at least, it does.

Marty, Rob, Billie, Eddy, Charles, Warren - A salute to you guys for being the greatest Heroes I will ever know. A salute to your families for living with the sacrifices you made on this day, 37 years ago. A salute to your buddies, your fellow Soldiers, because they would have taken your place if they had been given the chance.
