Does anyone remember the cocoanut candy bar that came with the "C's". That, pound cake and peaches were trading material. As were LRRP's, we would "requisition a case every now and again to use as trade for rod springs for the M-60"s. How about putting dong behind the buffer to beef up the cyclic rate of fire. My gunner, Alex, had his so fast that he had to change springs everytime we went in hot. Another memory is Buk, buk, buk buk, it's Chicken Man, he's everywhere! I chose to remember the good times, God knows there were enough of the bad but somehow we kept it together and made it home. If I had a Gator Mug I would toast you all cept I gave up drinking so I will pop a Pepsi instead, it's the thought that counts. Rock on 119th!
